These terms apply to qelq.al and purchases from QELQ – Tirana Glass Hub. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter the purchase.
1. Products and handmade variation
QELQ pieces are handcrafted. Small variations in color, texture, shape, bubbles and finish are part of the handmade character and are not defects. Product images are representative; screen settings can also affect color. Size, materials and one-of-a-kind status shown on the product page form part of the description.
2. Prices, availability and orders
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before order confirmation. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted when QELQ confirms it for fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for that item.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include online payment or cash on delivery. Online payments are handled by the relevant payment provider. Orders may be held or cancelled if payment or fraud checks cannot be completed.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates depend on destination, stock and the courier and are confirmed at checkout or after the order. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Risk passes when the order is delivered to you or your nominated recipient.
5. Returns, withdrawal and faulty goods
Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 14-day withdrawal process for eligible distance purchases, exceptions for clearly personalized goods, and remedies for damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, copy content unlawfully or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service.
7. Intellectual property
QELQ names, product designs, photography, text and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be commercially reused without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, QELQ is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.
9. Law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can resolve any complaint. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in effect when your order is accepted applies to that order.
