Where elegance and beauty reign supreme.

Welcome to Qelq – Tirana Glass Hub

At the heart of Tirana, a new and unique space is showcasing an extraordinary fusion of glass art and modern technology. Welcome to Qelq – Tirana Glass Hub, located on the third floor of the Pyramid, is a destination that challenges conventional craftsmanship concepts, creating a space where art, innovation, and sustainability seamlessly come together.

Our Story

Where Art and Technology Create Magic

In an era where technology dominates every aspect of our lives, Qelq is demonstrating how traditional crafts can transform into a modern and sustainable business model. The center opened its doors to the public on September 2, as part of the Hungarian Cultural Weeks. The event featured glass sculptures by Hungarian artist Yvette Botz, spotlighting Qelq’s primary mission: to promote the art of glassmaking and provide unique experiences for visitors.

The concept of Qelq is multifaceted. On one hand, visitors of various groups participate in workshops and creation experiences, learning the fundamentals of glass art. On the other, businesses and organizations can host team-building activities, while corporations can order customized gifts. A notable example is the “Heritage on Glass” collection, a project for the Ministry of Culture that incorporates elements of cultural heritage into the design of glass gifts.
